Our quality assurance checks are completed on all products before they are packaged and shipped to our valued customers. These checks involve a thorough examination of the fabric, stitching, and overall craftsmanship of each hijab set. Our team of experts meticulously inspects every detail to ensure that our customers receive only the best products.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
•No Refunds/ Exchanges for Change of Mind on Our Hijab/undercap Range: For hygiene reasons, We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, so please choose your items carefully.
• Exchange or Store Credit on our Clothing Range: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or a store credit voucher valid for 3 months.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Return & Exchange Process: Customers will need to return the product via post at their own expense or visit the showroom in person for an exchange.
